The Basic Design Package

  • Get a feel for your space with 3-4 black & white 3D renderings, black & white elevations and floor plan. These will include a layout that is most functional for the room and users. Custom cabinetry details and dimensions are included. Countertop, tile, flooring & fixture selections are NOT included in this package.

  • You need help with custom cabinet layout and design only.

  • $1,500

    *Packages are for 1 room only. Up to 2 edits at no additional charge.

    **Design fee is credited towards custom cabinetry purchase.

The Upgraded Design Package

  • Visualize your space with 3-4 full color 3D renderings, plus color elevations and a black & white floor plan. These will include a layout that is most functional for the room and users. Custom cabinetry details included. Countertop, tile, flooring & fixture ideas are included in this package and are shown in the 3D renderings for visual representation.

  • You need help with custom cabinet layout and visualizing finish ideas in your space. You feel comfortable choosing and buying your own tile, lighting, faucet, sink, etc.

  • $2,000

    *Packages are for 1 room only. Up to 2 edits at no additional charge.

    **Design Fees are credited towards your custom cabinetry purchase.

The Full Service Design Package

  • See your space come to life with 4-6 full color, photorealistic 3D renderings, plus detailed color elevations and a black & white floor plan. These will include a layout that is most functional for the room and users. Custom cabinetry details, countertop, tile, flooring and all fixture selections are included in this package and are shown in the 3D renderings and in a detailed Fixture & Finish schedule. We also provide samples of finishes (if through our vendors) and will take care of ordering and delivering purchased items to the jobsite (if through our vendors).

  • You need help with custom cabinet layout and visualizing exact finishes in your space. You want help choosing and purchasing all finishes and fixtures in your space, along with all installation details given to the installers. You want to feel as if all the details are being taken care of for you.

  • $3,500

    *Packages are for 1 room only. Up to 2 edits at no additional charge.

    **Design fees are credited towards your custom cabinetry purchase.
